Connolly Ranch is the perfect place for your organization to facilitate team building outside of the office. The inherent beauty and peacefulness of the ranch creates a space to unwind, step-back, reflect and, cultivate our relationships with ourselves, each other, and nature.

We offer environmentally-based outdoor offsite/retreat experiences for teams and organizations to refresh teams, nurture relationships, and strengthen collaboration. We work with you to design a customized experience that can include nature-based activities, hands-on farm service projects, and team building such as farm-to-table cooking in our outdoor kitchen.
