Since our mission is to connect children and families to nature, our virtual classroom, translates into minimal screen time and sets your child off to discover and engage with a new nature-based lesson each week accompanied by daily activities.
Here's How It Works
Fridays - Video Lesson
A new lesson video filmed on our farm is shared through our virtual classroom. A Connolly Ranch farm educator introduces the lesson through engaging stories, open-ended questions and visual examples found in our barn, edible garden, and wild spaces.
Monday thru Friday - Daily Activities
Daily activities are designed for children in Pre K through 5th grade and will get them outside connecting to nature and exploring in your backyard. Each activity is meant to be fun, creative, short (30 minutes maximum), and to help foster your child’s relationship with the natural world.
