School Year Programs: (August to June) Parent-Child Classes, Playschool, Outdoor Afterschool, Homeschool Programs -
CREC's expenses and obligations are incurred on an annual basis, with staffing and services based upon anticipated enrollment. To ensure the financial stability of the organization and quality programming, you are committing to and obligated to pay tuition and fees for the entire seasonal program regardless of your child’s absence or withdrawal.
Cancellation requests received less than eight weeks prior to the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
If a parent/family decides to withdraw their child less than eight weeks prior to the program start date or during the program for any reason, we will do our best to fill the child’s spot as soon as possible. The family’s financial obligation will end once their child’s spot has been filled or once the current school year ends, whichever comes first. We will do our best but cannot guarantee a timeline in which to fill your child’s spot. The registration fee, materials fee, and tuition are not refundable. Processing fees are non-refundable. Transfers or credits are not available. To cancel your enrollment, please email ap@connollyranch.org.
